June
We partied really hard for Grandma's birthday. I fell asleep in the car on the way home, and stayed asleep til Mama finished changing my diaper and putting on my PJs. Then I woke up and smiled and her a while before I went back to sleep.
I went to Lucy's house to play for the afternoon. She has a car!

Planes, trains and automostrollers
I'm practicing my yoga. This is the downward facing boy.
Mmmm, toes. Soft on the outside, crispy on the inside.
Mama and I went to help grandma move her storage unit contents from one to another. We were there for hours and hours, and I was trying really hard to be nice about sitting out in the heat for what seems like a week. Here I'm chillin' in my ride, trying to keep cool.
Pretty sure this isn't a regulation playpen. But, hey, it was shady.
Grandma, daddy, mama and I flew to San Antonio, Texas, this month for my cousin's son's wedding. It was my first time on an airplane. Mama said I did soooo good and was soooo sweet. Hey, I was just being me. Some famous people called Maroon 5 were taking up the entire big-seat front section of our plane. I guess they make music that mama and daddy really like. They all smiled, said hello and waved at me. Mama said she wishes she'd taken a picture of me with them, but she was too shy to intrude.
I got to meet my cousin Rita while we were there. She's going to have a baby girl in a couple of months, so I'll have a playmate who's about the same age apart from me as mama and cousin Rita are.
While we were in San Antonio, mama got together with her friend Erin. Erin's baby, Sam, is about six weeks younger than me. He seemed nice; I wish we'd had more time to play.
Last weekend, grandma, mama and I went to the Strawberry Festival. It's a big event around here, since so many of America's strawberries come from this area. Mama ate strawberry pizza, strawberry nachos, strawberry shortcake and I can't even remember what else. She said that was OK because it's fruit. It looked like more whipped cream and pastry than fruit, but I'll take her word for it.
Today I'm thinking inside the box. I like playing peek-a-boo with the box flap. It doesn't get stuck on my head like blankets do.
I guess that's it for now. Sorry I haven't written much lately. I'm keeping busy!

Easter
I'm a little confused what Easter is all about. Something about God becoming a bunny and laying plastic eggs in the yard. Mama says she'll clear it all up next year. Grandma and Grandpa Adams sent me a present to celebrate! I got two new outfits; one romper and some jammies. My favorite part was the cellophane wrapping.
My honorary grandpa, Gerry (mama's boss), got me a present, too! This is Elmo. He's very ticklish. And noisy. He rolls around on the floor like me!
We went to the Smith's house for a pre-Easter party. They have a big back yard. It's mesmerizing. I like this yellow ball.
Here are a few of the eggs I found. I think they're the ones God left for me. There were Cheerios inside, but mama said I'm not quite ready for Cheerios yet.

Hi
I've figured out how to make the fish in the box do his thing. See that big blue button? I just push it. Sometimes in the middle of the night, I accidentally whack it with my head or my feet and the fish starts swimming and singing and blowing bubbles. Surprise!
Mama got me a new chair that puts me up close to any table! It's a Zooper Hook-on High Chair. She says it's mostly for eating out at restaurants, but we have it on the bar so I can watch her make my bottles. Or watch Grandma wash my bottles.
Daddy helped me go to sleep one day. Guess I helped him go to sleep, too.
I tried carrots a few days ago. I'm not too impressed, but I do like the way it spreads. And the bowl feels good on my gums.

A few recent photos
Mama and Daddy took me to Riverside for a party. Daddy's best friend, Kent, and his wife, Pam, are going to have a baby soon. Daddy says that boy will be my very best friend, just like Kent is to Daddy. I'm not sure exactly what that means, but Mama says it's somebody who knows all about you, and loves you anyway. So, while we were at the party, I got sleepy. Daddy took me outside to swing on these fancy chairs at Kent's daddy's house. I slept good.
Daddy's teaching me how to fly. Maybe I'll be a bird when I grow up!
I love oatmeal. It is SO yummy. It makes me smile. I don't hardly even make a mess anymore!
I got a new toy. Inchworm smiles at me. I LOVE smiles! Inchworm has tasty horns, too. I bite them whenever I can.
Anybody else get stressed during the Lakers/Suns game when Shaq first played Koby? Sheesh, I was pulling my hair out!
